Description

🏁 DRS BCS Race 7 – Canadian Tire Motorsports Park
Date: July 15
Location: Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada
Track: Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport)
Series: Broadcast Challenge Series
Round: 7 of the 2025 Season

The Broadcast Challenge Series heads north for Race 7 at the high-speed, technically demanding Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, one of Canada’s most historic and challenging circuits. With its sweeping corners and dramatic elevation changes, Mosport will test car control, strategy, and precision as the championship battle intensifies.

🔥 Current Team Standings:
🏆 Full Throttle Racing – 5,841 pts

Powered by dominant performances from Benjamin Bechtel (1,982 pts) and Dayton Harrison (1,855 pts), FTR continues to set the pace. With zero penalties and the highest bonus tally in the league (503), they remain the team to beat.

🥈 Mile High Motor Club – 4,528 pts

Led by E.J. Luna (1,776 pts) and flanked by steady scorers like Nicholas Amato (1,092 pts) and Jake Schiff, MHMC is holding firm in second, but will need a breakout result to close the gap.

🥉 Motohaus GP – 4,216 pts

Strong efforts from Cristian Martinez (1,665 pts) and Xavier Williams (1,462 pts) keep MGP in striking distance. A high-impact result here could shift the balance in their favor.

OK Motorsports – 3,978 pts

Brian Szabelski has carried the squad with a remarkable 2,139 pts, and if supporting drivers like Alexander Lewis and Zach Grigsby deliver, OKM could leapfrog into podium contention.

MüllBär Motorsports – 2,865 pts

Consistent but quiet so far, MB needs a big team finish to rejoin the top-tier battle. Watch for Shea Devereux (926 pts) and Zain May (904 pts) to anchor a potential comeback.

Scuderia Monaco – OUT

🔍 What to Expect at Mosport:
High commitment corners like Turn 2 and 8 will expose any driver weakness.

Teams will need to balance tire management and aero stability on the fast, flowing layout.

Expect late-braking drama into Moss Corner (Turn 5) and potential heroics down the Mario Andretti Straightaway.

With just a few rounds left, Canadian Tire Motorsports Park could be a turning point in the championship. Will Full Throttle Racing extend their lead, or will the mountain challengers close the gap?

Tune in live July 15 for coverage on Twitch and YouTube, and get ready for another night of wheel-to-wheel intensity from the DRS Broadcast Challenge Series!
